In this infographic, HBI looks at the top 5 for-profit laboratory service providers in Poland.

Diagnostyka, established in 1998, offers over 3,000 types of tests and operates more than 180 laboratories across Poland, along with 1,200 collection points. As of 2023, Diagnostyka leads the Polish laboratory services market with approximately €300 million in revenue, holding the largest market share.

ALAB Group follows with €117.9 million in revenue for FY23.

Medicover, LUX MED, and Dialab also rank among the top five, with €60.1 million, €16.3 million, and €13.4 million, respectively. Despite the presence of these competitors, Diagnostyka dominates the market.
